• Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue.
• Vouchers can be redeemed in all areas of the hotel. Partner retail items are excluded.
• Vouchers are non-transferable.
• In case of loss, theft, or illegibility no replacement will be provided.
• The voucher cannot be split and must be redeemed in full.
• Cash payment of the voucher value or remaining balance is not possible.
• Accommodation vouchers can only be redeemed subject to hotel availability.
• Only value vouchers are offered for the restaurant and bar.
• Vouchers are sent digitally (or by mail within Germany).
